Conference Fees :

We have the following rates:

1. Conference Fee Only (Without accomodation)

2. Conference Fee and Accomodation Charges

Note: The above-mentioned rates do not include travel expenses such as flights and airport transfer. The accomodation charges cover the three nights stay for the conference. It is on a twin-sharing basis.

1. Conference Without Accomodation - Ringgit Malaysia (RM) 950.00 Per Person.

2. Conference With Accomodation - Ringgit Malaysia (RM) 1,400.00 Per Person.

We would appreciate it if you could proceed to make the payment as soon as possible as we have had overwhelming responses via e-mails and requests on Facebook. Reservations are on a “first come first serve” basis. Hotel rooms and conference seats are limited.

Cancellation Policy

1. less than 14 days from date of conference, there will be NO refund

2. less than 28 days from date of conference, 50% refund

3. more than 28 days from the date of conference, 100% refund

* please note all refund amount is based on the amount after deducting

a. 5% (which inclusive of credit card, bank and admin charges)

b. TT fees charge by bank to your account

How to Pay :

Please Note:

1. Payment gateway is a secured gateway.

2. Your credit card will be processed and charged Lelong.com.my which is our payment gateway partner and your credit card statement will appear as Lelong.com.my.

3. Your credit card will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia. Currency Conversion will be done by respective bank in your country.

Bank Transfer / TT

For those having problem with online credit card ,  we appreciate you can TT to our bank in Malaysia and email us a copy of your Bank TT payment slips, we will check with our bank to follow up.
